Tompkins Farm

Nourishing the mind, body & soul
President — Mark Tompkins

Sweet corn, sunflowers and pumpkins on family ground in Cattaraugus County, New York.

Tompkins Farm is the one company in the group whose calendar is set by the weather rather than a contract. Planting goes in late spring. Harvest runs through the fall. Liming and soil work happen before the ground closes for winter.

Sweet corn, sunflowers, pumpkins and garden crops — grown properly, on land the family knows.

The family has worked this ground since 2021; the company was formalised in 2024. It is the only operation here that gets a completely fresh start every single year.
