Chef Poppi and Chef Gia are Mark and Tammy Tompkins, who have been cooking together since 1989.
This is the oldest thing the family does. It began in 1989, thirteen years before there was a company of any kind — two people cooking, then two people cooking for a growing family, and now two grandparents doing it with the camera on.
No studio, no crew, no script. Whatever is good that week, made the way they have always made it.
It is the only thing here that exists purely because it is a pleasure. The recipes are honest, the mistakes stay in, and the best moments are usually the ones nobody planned — which is generally what happens when two people who have shared a stove for that long get going.
